An independent short film project “YOU NEVER KNOW WHO YOU'LL MEET” looks for two Japanese actors
It’s a low budget film and there will be no pay. The short film is a part of an upcoming independent feature film, as well as a pilot film used for its fundraising campaign.
Synopsis: two young Japanese men encounter at a TV program assignment by a remote town of space rocket launch facility. Their casual beer talk at the off-season camp site echoes their own sentiments: attitude, thought, opinion, brief, and catastrophe. They have been rerouted by the historical catastrophic event in far East took place a quarter century ago.
Character A has been raised at the hippie village in oversea. The other character B has been raised at the site of the catastrophic event. The world has been contaminated by bio-chemical substances called CEL, where genetic disorders are unfolded by polluted soil, water and air.
CHARACTER A
Male, 21 years old. He needs to speak fluent Japanese and English.
CHARACTER B
Male, 21 years old. He needs to speak fluent Japanese.
