Casting bilingual actress for a short film set in Tokyo

Five Frame Productions is casting for a short film set to be shot in Tokyo.

Synopsis is as follows:

“After living her whole life in the United States, Eri is forced to come back to her birth country Japan due to a mistake her father made in her immigration documents. There, she must reconnect with her estranged mother, who she hasn’t seen since her parents divorced several years ago.”

Casting for: Eri, 24 years old, Asian ethnicity

All mixed race or Asian ethnicity actresses between 18 and 30 years old are welcome to apply. Japanese skills aren’t required. English skills are required but you don’t need to be a native speaker.

Shoot date: 3 days in April 2021 (may be delayed due to Covid situation).
