この度、大手医療器具メーカー様による医療機器（2020年末 発表予定）の紹介動画にご出演いただけるキャストを募集いたします！

【募集キャスト】
1. ER動画主人公（医師A）外国人 　 　 出演料：6万円
2. ER動画メイン （高齢患者）日本人or外国人 出演料：3万円
3. ER動画サブ（医師B、看護師A）２名外国人 出演料：1.5万円
4. ER動画エキストラ１名外国人 出演料：1万円


※国籍は問いません。動画の舞台が海外のERのため、人種的に多様なキャストを求めています。
台詞はありませんが、日本語または英語でコミュニケーションができる方のみご応募ください。
（スタッフの中に英語話者が複数いますので、英語対応可能です）


※いずれも税抜き。交通費込み。（ロケ地が遠い場合は応相談）
※いずれも買い取り。競合排他なし。
※出演料は請求書で月末締め翌月末払いです。
　（例：撮影日が9月の場合、9月末締め10月末払い）


撮影は9月29日〜10月5日のうち、いずれか1日を予定しています。
ご都合の合わない日程がある場合は、応募の際記載してください。

We are looking for actors/actresses for a new medical device promotional video.
Our client is one of the most renowned medical equipment companies in the world and the video will be mainly used on their website.

Shooting date: TBA. Shoot for 1 day between September 29th and October 5th.
Shooting location: TBA. Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama or Chiba.

Roles and payments:
1)Lead, Physician A (Male or Female 25-50 years old ) JPY60,000
2)Patient (Male 55-75 years old) JPY30,000
3)Physician B (Male or Female 25-50 years old ) JPY15,000
4)Nurse (Male or Female 20 - 35 years old) JPY15,000
5)Extra, Physician C (Male or Female） JPY10,000
*Including transportation fee, excluding tax. Complete buyout in perpetuity.

Payment condition: Closings take place at the end of each month with payments made the following month.
