この度、大手医療器具メーカー様による医療機器コンセプト動画にご出演いただけるキャストを募集いたします！

【募集キャスト】
1. 医師役 　　出演料：1万円(1日）
2. 患者役　　出演料：1万円(1日）

※国籍は問いません。動画の舞台が海外のERのため、人種的に多様なキャストを求めています。
台詞はありませんが、日本語または英語でコミュニケーションができる方のみご応募ください。
（スタッフの中に英語話者が複数いますので、英語対応可能です）

※いずれも税込み。交通費別。
※いずれも無期限買い取り。競合排他なし。
※出演料は請求書で月末締め翌月末払いです。
　（例：撮影日が1月の場合、1月末締め2月末払い）

撮影は1月19日、20日の2日間を予定しています。
両日ご出演頂ける方を優先的に選考させていただきますが、いずれか1日のみのご出演頂ける方も是非ご応募ください。

We are looking for actors/actresses for a medical equipment concept video.
Our client is one of the most renowned medical equipment companies in the world and the video will be mainly used on their website.

Shooting date:January 19th and 20th, 2021 (subject to change)
*For those who can come on both dates are preferred.

Shooting location: TBA. Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama or Chiba.

Roles and payments:
Physician JPY10,000/day *Tax included
Patient JPY10,000/day *Tax included

*Transportation fee will be reimbursed. Complete buyout in perpetuity.

Payment condition: Closings take place at the end of each month with payments made the following month.

We do not have face-to-face auditions, but will have an online meeting once the casts are decided.
All nationalities are welcome - but please understand that we seek racial diversity for the casting since the video sets in an overseas hospital. As for language, we use Japanese and/or English on set.
