Casting call for English Series
CASTING CALL
Looking for talent who are interested in appearing as actors and hosts in a brand new online English learning series launching later this year!
1) Short description: This project is an extension of a series started by a highly successful Youtuber who has a following of nearly one million subscribers. The series will feature a team of hosts who introduce and discuss a collection of movie-esque 'skits' covering topics ranging from cultural differences to communication to the Olympics with the focus on English.
2) People: We are looking for both Japanese and non-Japanese male and female talent in the 20s-30s age range. People with a fluent English ability and strong interest in culture and language will be favored.
3) Shooting dates: No dates set, but we will begin shooting episodes in June and continue shooting throughout the summer prior to the launch of the website. Shooting dates can be arranged depending on the availability of cast members.
4) Location: In and around the Tokyo area in a variety of locations including studios, cafes, parks etc.
5) Compensation: We can only offer transportation payment (between home station and shooting location, paid on day of filming) and meals while shooting, but there is the possibility of forming a paying contractual working relationship with talent to appear as recurring characters in future videos.
