⸻ TJ’s Acting Class – Kids部門とは？ / What is TJ’s Acting Class for Kids?

このクラスは、子どもたち一人ひとりの「個性」や「想像力」を最大限に引き出す、アメリカ式のメソッドをベースにしたバイリンガル演技レッスンです。演技経験の有無に関わらず、誰でも参加できます。

英語でのセリフや表現にもチャレンジしながら、演技を通して「自信」「表現力」「協調性」「創造性」などを自然と育てていきます。

The Kids Division of TJ’s Acting Class offers bilingual acting lessons rooted in American-style training techniques. Whether your child is a beginner or experienced, this class will nurture their confidence, creativity, and communication skills—both in Japanese and English.

• 台本読み・シーン演技
• カメラ演技（撮影付きレッスンあり）

TJ Kayamaが世界中で学んできた多様な演技法や経験を基に、最も効果的なエクササイズを選び、一人ひとりの個性やレベルに合わせて丁寧に指導します。演技の楽しさを感じながら、子どもたちが自分の可能性を最大限に引き出せるようなレッスンを目指しています。

• Vocal and physical warm-ups
• Improvisation games to boost imagination and adaptability
• Script reading and scene work
• On-camera training (with occasional recorded sessions)

Drawing from his extensive training in a variety of acting methods around the world, TJ Kayama selects the most effective exercises tailored to each student’s needs and level. Lessons are designed to help children enjoy the process of acting while discovering and developing their unique potential.

日米バイリンガル俳優。アメリカン・アカデミー・オブ・ドラマティック・アーツで学び、演劇界の伝説ウタ・ハーゲンから直接指導を受ける。マイズナー・テクニックなど様々な演技法を習得し、Off-BroadwayやOn-Broadwayで活躍。リンカーンセンター上演のオペラ『黒船』主演や、『Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles』『The Stand』などアメリカTVドラマ出演、ハリウッド映画『Path of Dreams』で数々の受賞歴あり。アンソニー・ホプキンス共演作『Zero Contact』にも出演。子どもから大人、自閉スペクトラムの子どもたちへの演技指導にも力を入れている。

A bilingual Japanese-American actor. After studying at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, he had the opportunity to learn directly from the legendary Uta Hagen. He mastered various acting styles and techniques including the Meisner Technique. He has performed on both Off-Broadway and On-Broadway, starred in the opera 黒船 at Lincoln Center, and appeared in U.S. shows such as Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles and The Stand. His role in Path of Dreams earned him multiple awards. He also starred alongside Anthony Hopkins in Zero Contact. As a certified acting coach, he works with students of all ages worldwide, including children on the autism spectrum.

バイリンガル俳優。3歳でデビュー後、CM、TV、舞台で活躍。アメリカ・バーモント州での留学経験を経て、TJ Kayamaのもとで本格的に演技を学ぶ。ABCテレビ『ふたりの背番号４』にレギュラー出演。主演映画が劇場公開され、ソニー・ピクチャーズ作品を含む4本の映画が公開予定。ミュージカルライブ「SMASH CABARET」では観客投票で優勝。ミュージカル『ピーターパン』でジョン役を2年連続務め、舞台『リチャード三世』にも出演。長年にわたりTJ Kayamaのアシスタントとしても学び続けている。

Takumi Matsumoto is a bilingual actor who began working professionally at the age of three in Tokyo. After spending two years in Vermont, USA, he resumed training under TJ Kayama. He starred in ABC TV’s Futari no Sebangō 4 and NHK’s Sora Wataru Kyōshitsu, and has booked five films, including one presented by Sony Pictures. He won the audience vote at Tokyo’s Smash Cabaret musical live show. As a child, he starred as John in the Japanese Broadway version of Peter Pan for two years, and appeared in Richard III. He has trained for years as TJ Kayama’s assistant, further honing his craft.

• 対象年齢：9〜14歳
• 開催場所：都内スタジオ
• レッスン日時：月4回、土曜または日曜中心
• 参加費：4,000円／1レッスン（2時間）
• 体験レッスンあり（事前予約制）

• Ages: 9–14 years old
• Location: Studios in Tokyo
• Schedule: 4 sessions per month, mainly on Saturdays or Sundays
• Fee: ¥4,000 / 2-hour session
• Trial lessons available (reservation required)
